Ah, 2015. A fresh start, a new year. And time for the inevitable: New Year’s Resolutions. I found this fun list of New Year’s resolutions with a foodie twist, and I’m going to attempt one each week in 2015. Prepare to be entertained.
It’s almost 2015, and I’m working on goals for Caboose and for my personal life. One of my goals this year is to write more (and also attempt to place only one space after the period at the end of each sentence… damn you high school typing teacher!) Another goal: expand my food horizons by learning new techniques, trying new foods, and learning new habits.
In this noble quest to expand my horizons both in writing and in food, I did what anyone would do…

So here’s my crack-brained idea: I am going to check off this entire list, one per week, in 2015. I’ll write about my attempts here on the blog. You’ll be able to cheer me on/laugh at me/shake your head as I relate each adventure. I’m pretty sure it will be interesting.
